• Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 12th! The Outreach Committee will be hosting its famous brisket lunch from 11a.m.-12:30p.m. All proceeds will benefit Lazarus Table, which is sponsored by Grand Avenue Temple UMC.

• Beginning September 16th, our new Prayer Shawl Ministry will meet on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 9a.m. in the Youth Room, along with the UMW Quilters. Read this week's newsletter for more details.

• The Duffers Open Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, September 25th, with a noon tee time. It will be held at Shoal Creek Golf Course, is open to anyone, and the cost is $55 (due by September 12th). For more information, contact Patsy Schmutz or read this week's newsletter.
